ph33d Terms & Conditions – Your Rights & Obligations

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the ph33d online gaming platform, website, mobile site, and all associated services (collectively, the "Platform") operated by ph33d ("ph33d," "we," "us," or "our"). The Platform is accessible at ph33d.cam and is directed at players located in the Republic of the Philippines.

By registering an account on ph33d, you ("Player," "User," or "you") acknowledge that you have read and understood these Terms in their entirety and agree to be bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement. If at any point you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease use of the ph33d Platform and contact our support team to close your account.

ph33d reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Platform after amendments take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

2.1 Minimum Age. Use of ph33d is strictly limited to individuals who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age, consistent with the minimum legal gambling age in the Philippines as guided by PAGCOR regulations and related Philippine laws. ph33d maintains a zero-tolerance policy for underage gambling.

2.2 Jurisdiction. ph33d services are intended for players physically located in the Philippines. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that online gambling is lawful in your location before participating. ph33d makes no representations that the Platform is appropriate for use in jurisdictions outside the Philippines.

2.3 Identity Verification (KYC). ph33d is required under its PAGCOR license to verify the identity of all registered players. You may be required to submit government-issued identification documents (e.g., PhilSys ID, passport, driver's license, SSS/GSIS card), proof of billing address, and source-of-funds documentation. ph33d reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and account activity pending completion of KYC verification.

• Players who fail to complete verification within the required timeframe may have their accounts restricted.
• ph33d may reject or terminate any account where identity verification cannot be satisfactorily completed.

3. Account Registration

3.1 One Account Per Player. Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on ph33d. The creation of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and may result in the immediate suspension of all related accounts, forfeiture of balances, and a permanent ban from ph33d.

3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, and to update that information promptly if it changes. ph33d is not liable for any loss arising from inaccurate account information provided by the Player.

3.3 Account Ownership. ph33d accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or allow another person to use your account. Any such activity is grounds for immediate account termination.

3.4 Right to Refuse. ph33d reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an account at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason, in accordance with its obligations under Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations.

4. Account Security

4.1 Password Responsibility. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ph33d account credentials. ph33d strongly recommends using a unique, complex password and enabling two-factor authentication. You agree to notify ph33d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

4.2 Liability for Unauthorized Access. ph33d shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from unauthorized use of your account where you have failed to take reasonable steps to secure your credentials. Transactions completed using your account credentials are presumed to have been authorized by you unless you report a breach promptly.

4.3 Session Security. ph33d employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption across all pages of the Platform. Automatic session timeout is implemented after periods of inactivity to reduce the risk of unauthorized access from shared devices.

5. Deposits & Payment Methods

5.1 Accepted Methods. ph33d currently supports deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, Metrobank Online Banking, and other locally available payment channels as may be updated from time to time. All payment methods are subject to the terms and conditions of the relevant payment service provider.

5.2 Currency. All transactions on ph33d are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph33d does not currently accept deposits in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees imposed by third-party payment providers are borne by the Player.

5.3 Deposit Limits. The minimum single deposit on ph33d is ₱100. ph33d may impose daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on individual accounts in accordance with responsible gaming obligations or risk management policies. Players may request lower self-imposed limits through the account settings at any time.

5.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your ph33d account are legitimately owned by you and are not derived from any illegal activity. ph33d reserves the right to request documentary evidence of the source of funds as required by applicable anti-money laundering regulations.

5.5 Deposit Failures. ph33d is not liable for delays or failures in deposit processing caused by third-party payment processors, banking system outages, or telecommunications disruptions, including interruptions to GCash or PayMaya services.

6. Withdrawals & Payout Processing

6.1 Withdrawal Methods. Withdrawals will generally be processed to the same payment method used for deposits, subject to minimum withdrawal amounts and available channel limits. Withdrawal methods available to a given player may vary depending on KYC status and account standing.

6.2 Minimum Withdrawal. The minimum withdrawal amount on ph33d is ₱100. ph33d does not charge internal withdrawal processing fees; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own transaction fees.

6.3 Processing Timeframes. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically processed within ten (10) minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals to BDO, BPI, and Metrobank are processed within one (1) to three (3) banking business days. Weekends and public holidays may extend processing timeframes.

6.4 Withdrawal Verification. ph33d reserves the right to hold withdrawal requests pending identity verification, bonus wagering compliance checks, or fraud investigation. Players will be notified of any hold and the steps required to resolve it.

• First-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC documentation.
• Withdrawals associated with bonus funds require fulfillment of applicable wagering requirements before processing.
• ph33d may limit or decline withdrawal requests where there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or irregular activity.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotions offered by ph33d are subject to individual promotional terms that are published alongside each offer. These Terms and the specific promotional terms should be read together. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotional terms prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds awarded by ph33d must be wagered a specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits will be clearly stated in each promotion's terms. Bets placed on games with an RTP above 97% may not count toward bonus wagering.

7.3 Bonus Abuse. ph33d monitors player activity for signs of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: wagering only on low-risk combinations to clear bonuses, systematic exploitation of promotions, and coordinated play between related accounts. ph33d reserves the right to withhold, void, or reclaim bonuses and associated winnings where abuse is identified.

7.4 One Bonus at a Time. Unless a promotion explicitly permits stacking, only one active bonus may be in use at any time. Acceptance of a new bonus while a previous bonus remains active may result in forfeiture of the earlier bonus.

7.5 Bonus Expiry. Bonuses not activated or utilized within the stated validity period will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.

8. Gaming Rules & Fair Play

8.1 Game Availability. The game selection available on ph33d may change without prior notice due to provider licensing changes, scheduled maintenance, or technical requirements. ph33d does not guarantee continuous availability of any specific game.

8.2 RNG Certification. All non-live games on ph33d use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) tested and audited by independent testing laboratories to ensure fair and random outcomes. Certified RTP percentages are published in each game's information panel.

8.3 Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or server error, ph33d reserves the right to void affected rounds or wagers and refund stakes at its discretion. ph33d is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures beyond its reasonable control.

8.4 Void Bets. ph33d reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was accepted in error, that was the result of a technical malfunction, or that was placed in violation of these Terms.

9. Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ph33d and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one account on ph33d under any identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using ph33d to launder money, finance terrorism, or conduct any activity prohibited under Philippine law.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in ph33d games or systems for financial gain.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to interact with ph33d games or the Platform.
• Colluding with other players in live dealer games or sports betting to manipulate outcomes.
• Engaging in chargebacks through payment processors without first exhausting ph33d's internal dispute resolution process.
• Accessing ph33d from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.
• Allowing or facilitating access to ph33d by persons under 21 years of age.

10. Responsible Gaming

10.1 Commitment. ph33d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing a safe environment for all players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable pastime and not a source of financial hardship or psychological distress.

11. Intellectual Property

11.1 Ownership. The ph33d name, logo, domain, game content, website design, source code, databases, text, graphics, audio, and all other materials on the Platform are the exclusive intellectual property of ph33d and its licensors, protected under Philippine copyright, trademark, and related laws.

11.2 Limited License. ph33d grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. 12. Limitation of Liability

12.1 No Warranty. The ph33d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph33d makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, freedom from errors, or security.

12.2 Cap on Liability. To the maximum extent permitted by Philippine law, ph33d's aggregate liability to any player for any claim arising out of or related to the Platform shall not exceed the lesser of (a) the total deposits made by the Player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) ₱50,000.

12.3 Exclusions. ph33d shall not be liable for: (a) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (b) third-party service failures, including GCash, PayMaya, or banking outages; (c) losses resulting from events of force majeure; or (d) indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind.

13. Privacy & Data Protection

ph33d collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on ph33d, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ph33d complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. 14. Amendments to Terms

14.1 Right to Amend. ph33d reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Amendments will be effective upon publication on this page, unless a different effective date is stated. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

14.2 Notification. ph33d will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players of material changes to these Terms via email or in-platform notification. However, ph33d is not obligated to provide individual notice for minor clarifications or formatting changes.

14.3 Continued Use. Your continued use of the ph33d Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to any change, you must discontinue use of the Platform and request account closure.

15. Governing Law & Disputes

15.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.

15.2 Internal Dispute Process. In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, transaction, or account decision, you must first submit a written complaint to ph33d's support team at [email protected] within thirty (30) calendar days of the relevant event. ph33d will acknowledge your complaint within two (2) business days and endeavor to resolve it within fourteen (14) business days.

15.3 PAGCOR Arbitration. If a dispute cannot be resolved through ph33d's internal process, either party may escalate the matter to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanism, in accordance with applicable PAGCOR regulations. ph33d fully cooperates with PAGCOR oversight and arbitration.

15.4 Jurisdiction. For any dispute that proceeds to formal legal proceedings, both parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.
